We are a market leading provider of valuation and development monitoring surveying panel-management. We connect dozens of lenders to hundreds of valuers via our cloud based system.

Established in 2014 by Chartered Surveyors who had experienced poor panel management, Method set out to improve the panel management experience for all stakeholders.

Our system, Method xi, is a cutting-edge, API driven software that provides operational efficiencies and enhances the way in which our clients manage property related risk within their lending activities.

Our technology-led approach is backed up with unrivalled customer service provision and professional expertise.

Our pricing structure is fixed, fair and transparent which helps our lenders to minimise the overall lending cost for their borrowers.

Modernising the process

I arrived at Method with a background in commercial lending across large, small and new lenders. The attraction was a desire, shared by the talented team at Method, to continue to improve and modernise the lending and valuation processes for the benefit of lenders and borrowers alike.

Our approach toward technology enables Method to ensure that valuation procurement will be well aligned to the integrated future of secured lending.

Method understands its position as an intermediary, we connect those that require surveying services with those that provide them, and we therefore price fairly for our services. For example, our fees are fixed, we take no part of the surveyor's income.

Our clients see Method as an extension of their business so the values that we demonstrate, when dealing with the lenders, borrowers, surveyors and packagers that we work alongside, are incredibly important. These values ensure that all stakeholder groups are treated fairly and with transparency throughout the process.

Beyond our core business, we are striving to improve the way in which property is valued and transacted across the whole industry, our upcoming partnership with Northumbria University, to develop a commercial valuation model, is a key part of this.

It’s an incredibly exciting time for Method as we continue to grow, further enhance our technology and change the way in which property panel management is conducted for the better.
