We are passionate about improving the world of valuations for the benefit of the people who rely on them.

Our role is to support lenders, brokers and surveyors by adding speed, control and expertise to an element of the lending process that can otherwise cause delays.

OUR STORY

CREATED BY PEOPLE WHO KNEW THE PROCESS COULD BE BETTER.

Method was formed in February 2014 by people running a regional valuation firm and other property businesses who believed the service provided by existing panel management companies could be improved.

From the beginning, Method was created with great service provision in mind.

In 2017, the business made the decision to move away from manual operations to focus on a scalable combination of people and technology. That year, Method launched its market-leading panel management software, which has continued to evolve ever since.

Shaped by early adopters and strengthened by a growing reputation with lenders, brokers and surveyors alike, Method has grown into a trusted provider to the financial services industry with a reputation for doing things the right way.

    Stephen is a former commercial banker with more than 20 years' experience in lending and financial services. Having helped establish and grow multiple banks before leading Method, he is passionate about using technology to make valuation management faster, simpler and more transparent for lenders, brokers and surveyors.
