Case History Summaries

We are delighted to announce that lenders can now generate case history summaries through Method

Case History Files Lenders will now be able to see, at a glance:

  • All interactions relating to a case
  • All system interactions through the Method xi software system
  • This includes: Notifications, emails, quotes, instruction, PVQs and all deliverables produced by Method

Existing clients can view the case history options in the Lender Portal.

Simply:

  1. Select “View Instruction” against any case in the instructions section
  2. Click “Generate Case History”, shown at the bottom of the View Instruction screen
  3. Method xi then collates all the information and notifies you by email when the case history is ready
  4. Each completed case history is available in zip format ready for download at the bottom of the View instruction screen
