New Higher Level Lender Portal Guide Completed

Method is continuing to improve its guidance and support for lender client staff by providing a new Lender Portal User Guide for users with higher level access rights.

This will be deployed within the next two weeks through the Lender Portal with access rights restricting the document so it can only be accessed by the appropriate level user. As higher level users can adjust the system settings to tailor Method xi to their own requirements, a guide was thought necessary to provide such users with the necessary support to be able to make changes to the Method xi system with the confidence that they will not cause themselves problems.
