The Resources section allows lenders to:
- View all MI & data in real time
- View their Method xi valuation panel which provides access to Panel Valuer Summaries including business details, staff, Registered Valuers, office, and insurances.
- Download and examine copies of Panel Valuers professional indemnity, public liability, and employer’s liability insurance documents.
The Resources tab is the first step in delivering full panel and service details to a lender client.
We will soon be adding lender’s guidance notes plus copies of report templates and contracts between the various parties.
Method believes that full transparency is vital for its lender clients and believes that it leads the field in establishing such transparency.
This feature enables lenders to define which of its company’s users can see and access this information.
