Following a request for a brief training presentation Method has been developing a fully-indexed plain-English Lender Portal User Guide to assist Lender Clients use the system. The Method xi system which has been designed to provide a simple intuitive user experience has been adding features and Method believes that a comprehensive guide can only be of benefit to all who use it.
The guide will be sent to all clients over the next few days, with the intention that the current version of this guide will be available to a lenders users through the Lender Portal.
